Terms and Conditions
By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms. Please read carefully before placing an order!GENERAL
• Commissions are for [Personal Use] only unless commercial rights are purchased. (Additional fees apply depending on service)
• My artwork may be used for personal display such as profile pictures, banners, posting on Socials with credit, or printing for yourself, but may NOT be used for profit without prior agreement.
• AI/NFT use is strictly prohibited. My work may not be used in AI datasets, engines, or minted as NFTs.
• Clients will not make use of their commissioned artwork to promote hate rhetorics, online harassment, or any type of violence against real human beings and communities.
• I reserve the right to decline commissions outside my abilities or for subjects I will not draw.
• Communication is highly respected and preferred. Please do not hesitate to communicate, whether you have some questions or complaints.PAYMENTS & FEES
• All payments are upfront in full through the agreed platform.
• Payments to proposals should be paid fully within 1 week or will be declined.
• A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) fee of 50-100 USD applies if you request that I do not post your commission publicly or use it as part of my Portfolio.
• Complexity Fee is between 20-100 USD for all Commissions.REVISIONS
You receive 2 free revisions in the sketching stage. Additional revisions cost 15 USD each, paid before I continue.
If there were an error on my part (colors doesn't match the reference sheet, missing main points of the character design), it will be fixed free of charge.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Commissions may take up to 3 months depending on complexity, queue, health, or personal matters. I will keep you updated if any delays occur.
If you wish to skip the Queue and be Priority, the fee will be 30 - 50 USD.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I, the artist, retain all copyright and intellectual property rights to the commissioned artwork. The client is purchasing non-exclusive usage rights, not ownership of the artwork itself. This means the client does NOT own the copyright: they may not claim credit, cannot profit off the artwork (unless they purchase necessary licenses), and cannot alter the artwork without my permission.
I may use the artwork to:
• Promote myself and my services.
• Post on social media and in my portfolio.
Exceptions:
If an NDA was purchased, the artwork will not be posted or used for promotional purposes.COMMISSIONER RIGHTS
You may:
• Use the artwork for personal purposes only (unless commercial rights are purchased).
• Print the art for yourself.
• Post it on Social Media with credit to "@MixedSnack" or "MixedSnack Cho".
You may NOT:
• Under any circumstances to use any of their commissioned for non fungible tokens (NFT), cryptocurrency, and Artificial Intelligence (training, modify, etc).
• Use of their commissioned artwork to promote hate rhetorics, online harassment, or any type of violence against real human beings and communities.
• Use the artwork commercially without permission and commercial license.
• Claim the artwork as your own or fail to credit me.
• Remove signatures/watermarks.
• Resell or redistribute the artwork.
• Modify the artwork without my consent.
• Use artwork purchased for Personal Use to merch parodcing, streaming, or commercial projects.REFUNDS
I may cancel and refund a commission at any time. You may cancel only before payment is made. Refunds are not available unless I am unable to complete the Commission.
Chargebacks are strictly prohibited.
Filing a chargeback will:
• Forfeit your rights to use the artwork.
• Place you on a public blacklist (with evidence).
• Allow me to resell or reuse the artwork as I see fit.
• Result in a formal complaint against you.BLACKLIST POLICY
Breaking these rules may result in a permanent public blacklist (with evidence). The blacklist may be shared with other artists.FINAL AGREEMENT

Additional Pay what you want (starting from minimum additional 150 USD) and get more randomized drawings from the set, based on how much you paid. This option is most focused on Story/Narrative of the illustrations. The sample above is priced 500USD (Maximum complexity)

Order step by step
Prepare references and upload it to Google Drive, make sharing for those who has links
Write as much as you can a description for the desired composition / draw a rough sketch how you envision the drawing to be. If you want to leave it up to me (skeb style), write what is the most important thing you want to be conveyed.
If you want to order manga pages, please have at least the script or idea (story board is an additional price if you haven't done it)

Wait until I send you an email for total cost.
After the cost is agreed, I will send you an invoice (Paypal) or give you my bank account.
I will wait until the money is received, and send you the confirmation that I will start drawing sketches.
After sketches are approved, the time I start commission is officially on (will be finished up to 3 months based on difficulty etc).
I will update you only on sketching, lining, finishing stage (3 times total). I will update you if there's delay. However I also suggest you check the queue yourself.
I will send you the result via Google drive.
